The challenge
Performance data lived across multiple ad platforms, spreadsheets, and tools, with no single trusted view. Reporting was largely manual and time-consuming, and it was hard to see which creatives and channels were actually driving results — which made confident media-buying decisions slow.
What I built
- Unified tracking and attribution across ad channels, consolidated into a clean warehouse model
- Cross-channel performance dashboards covering creative, channel, and funnel views
- LLM-assisted automation to summarize performance and generate recurring reports
- Documentation and handover so the team can self-serve and maintain it
